Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping (typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because items are custom-made, orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at [email protected] within a few hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
A: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Do you accept returns if I change my mind or order the wrong size?
A: Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size, or color preference. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

A: We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) as well as PayPal.
