Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll coordinate with Printful to promptly provide a replacement or a full refund, typically without requiring you to return the item.

Incorrect or Lost Delivery
If your order does not arrive or is returned due to a delivery error (e.g., carrier mistake or invalid address), please reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to reship your order at no additional cost.
Buyer’s Remorse or Preference Changes
Because each item is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong size, or want a different color. If you prefer, we can place a new order at your expense.
