2. Eligibility

3. Orders and Payments
- All products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printful.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal.
- By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the full order amount.
4. Shipping
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful. Typical production times are 2–7 business days, followed by shipping (varies by carrier and destination).
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
5. Returns & Refunds

In summary:
- Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Incorrect or lost deliveries will be replaced at no additional cost if reported within 30 days.
- Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes.
6. Post-Purchase Communications
After completing a purchase, we may send you follow-up emails related to your order, including an invitation to review the product(s) you purchased. These communications are limited in nature and tied directly to your transaction. By placing an order, you agree to receive such follow-up emails.

8. Limitation of Liability
